If you do not go by ambulance after your car crash, you may go to the hospital the next day. In fact, it’s very common for people not to feel symptoms from their crash until the day after, or sometimes two and three days after the crash. It is important, however, that you do document your injuries as soon as possible after the crash if you intend to make a claim.
