If you bring a claim for damages in a Florida automobile accident case, typically you will not be required to go to court. What we have found is that the majority of cases settle without a lawsuit. If a lawsuit is filed, there are alternatives to actually going to court in the lawsuit which would be mediation or arbitration. What we’ve discovered though is that if the case is prepared from the beginning as though it will be tried, the value of the case is increased and the likely of going to court in a lawsuit is actually reduced.
